HMG announces new primary care location in Gray
Thursday, September 20, 2007KINGSPORT, Tenn. - Holston Medical Group is pleased to announce the addition of a new primary care location in Gray, Tenn. Opening its doors Monday, September 17, HMG Primary Care at Gray is temporarily located in the Commerce Park on State Highway 75—just down from the Gray Food City and next door to Verizon. Internal medicine physician Kevin P. Kirk, MD, and family physician Jeffrey S. Lyons, DO, are providing care at the new Gray location. “When HMG began more than 30 years ago, our desire was that of meeting the needs of a medically-underserved region. As we open our doors and introduce a new HMG primary care practice in Gray, we’re continuing that very mission,” says Jerry L. Miller, MD, HMG founder & president. “I can’t tell you how excited we are to be extending our provision of care to the very deserving residents of Gray, Tenn.” While caring for patients at its current temporary Gray location, a larger office space is under renovation within the same commerce park. When fully renovated, HMG Primary Care at Gray (in the location of the former Silver Dollar Store) will include 10,000 sq. feet of space designed to house six primary care providers, a laboratory and x-ray facilities.
