Physical Therapy
At HMG, our outpatient physical therapy goal is for our patients (from pediatric to geriatric) to regain their strength and mobility so they can return to a self-sufficient lifestyle, daily and recreational activities, as well as work.

Occupational Therapy
Our outpatient occupational therapy goal is to help build skills that are important for daily living, independent functioning, health and leisure. Occupatioanl therapy can help prevent injury or the worsening of existing conditions or disabilities. Other conditions our occupational therapists can treat are:
- Hand, wrist, elbow & shoulder injuries
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
- Dequervains
- Lateral & medial epicondylitis
- RSD

Industrial Rehabilitation
Our industrial rehabilitation goal is to return the worker back to a productive lifestyle and to gainful employment as quickly as possible. Our program includes:
- Full and half day work hardening
- Functional capacity evaluations (FCE)
- Job-site analysis/Job coaching
- Impairment ratings
- Disability evaluations
- Pre-placement screenings
- Post Rehab/extended exercise program
