Our team at HMG Pediatrics at Greeneville aims to provide our patients with the highest level of care, focusing on wellness for newborns, infants, children, and adolescents through 21 years of age.
Established by Dr. Douglas Cobble, HMG Pediatrics in Greeneville has deep roots in the community. Its focus is on fostering engagement with both children and their caregivers to help them develop a strong foundation for a lifetime of health and well-being.
About our Pediatricians
“I always admired my uncle's dedication. Watching how he cared for his community as a country doctor shaped how I care for mine,” said Dr. Cobble. “My life's work has been to provide compassionate care for children and young adults. It has been deeply rewarding to serve several generations of Greeneville families.”
Dr. Cobble's special interest is treating sports injuries and getting kids back to the sports they love as quickly and safely as possible.
Dr. Cobble enjoys time with family and friends, working out, swimming, skiing, and boating. An avid VOLS fan, Dr. Cobble is a member of the VOL Navy and looks forward to football season every year.

Dr. Fisher moved to Greeneville with her husband and twin daughters in 2021 and have enjoyed being part of this community. She appreciates the pace of rural life and has a garden that occupies most of her free time and energy. They are active in their church and she enjoys watching her daughters explore new interests. Dr. Fisher's professional life has given her the opportunity to work and explore many different places including Charleston, SC, remote Alaska, Haiti, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Afghanistan. Obviously, she does love to travel.
“I’m from a small town that didn’t have a pediatrician when I was growing up,” said Dr. Little. “I knew early on that I wanted to serve a smaller community as a primary care physician. During residency, I fell in love with pediatrics and am proud to serve the Greeneville community.”
Dr. Little lives in Greeneville with her husband and four children, who are avid fans of Cleveland sports teams (the Browns and the Indians) and the Ohio State Buckeyes. She loves to hike, explore new parks, and play the piano.

Pediatric Subspecialties
HMG recognizes that children often have special pediatric needs. For this reason, our providers bring diversified areas of pediatric subspecialties and special pediatric interests, including adolescent medicine, asthma therapy, and behavioral medicine.
Well-Child Exams
Scheduling well-child exams several months in advance will allow you to see your provider of choice. Because we must allow room for same-day sick appointments within each day’s schedule, we must limit the number of well-child exams scheduled on any given day.
Your Comfort in Mind
We strive to make your visit with us enjoyable. That’s why we are pleased to provide separate well- and sick-child waiting areas. We thank you for our cooperation in helping us foster an environment of concern for those we are privileged to serve.
Same-Day Sick Exams
When your child is ill, we will do our best to accommodate you with an appointment. If we are unavailable by phone, you may leave a message for our triage nurse at any time. Your call will be returned in the order in which it was received. Please note that HMG does not recommend dispensing antibiotics without being seen by a provider.
Provider On-Call
If you have a question or concern that must be addressed during the night, please contact the office of your pediatric provider. There, you will be given instructions as to how to contact the provider on-call. While we are pleased to offer “on call” services, please reserve questions regarding feedings and medication doses for the daytime hours. As always, in the event of a life-threatening situation, please call 911 immediately and not the provider on call.

Keeping Your Appointments
In trying to provide for the care of children who need same-day sick appointments, we ask that you notify the office if you cannot keep a scheduled appointment. Please know that 24 hours of advance notice is greatly appreciated. This advanced notice may enable us to provide care for an ill child.
Electronic Health Records
Pediatric patients of Holston Medical Group receive the added benefit of electronic health records. Unlike paper charts that are restricted to a single physician’s office, electronic health records can be accessed from any HMG pediatric location, including our HMG Urgent Care locations.
Prenatal Tours
Preparing for the arrival of your little one often includes choosing your pediatric provider team. At HMG Pediatrics, we’re pleased to provide you and your growing family a glimpse of our facilities, services and practices by offering private prenatal tours. Please contact the HMG Pediatrics location of your choice and ask to speak with the office manager should you be interested in arranging a tour.
